HISTORICAL SUMMARY In 1933 the Russian scientist Gurwitsj hypothesized that all cells emitted light. It wasn't until the late seventies that German biophysicists (Popp et al.) proved Gurwitsj's theory. Every cell emits at least 100 000 light impulses per second at a variety of frequencies. When a cell is healthy, coherent light is emitted and when a cell is disturbed the light is chaotic.
In the 1950's, German physician Voll studied the traditional pactice of acupuncture, combined with electrical conductance. He discovered that acupuncture points on the body have a different resistance to the surrounding skin and that healthy and unhealthy points show a distinct difference. He also discovered that each point is somehow connected to a particular organ or part of an organ in the body.
Since it had been proven that all cells emit light and that diseased cells emit light of a different quality to healthy cells, another German physician, Dr. Morell, thought that it might be useful if the light from cells could be used in therapy. The German biophysicists Popp and Mersmann worked together with Dr. Morell MD and Dr. Voll MD on a system whereby an instrument could differentiate between chaotic and coherent light. They developed a so called bio-resonance device, which can differentiate between the various frequency levels that the cell is emitting. It was assumed that disturbances were all at the low frequency level. Later it was discovered that disturbances are at the other end of the spectrum as well and that other instruments were necessary to treat problems that are facing humanity at present. An instrument was developed that could distinguish different types of light using fibre glass cables rather than normal electricity cables. This instrument restores the immune system, gets rid of scar tissue, makes pain disappear and balances brain hemispheres so that the body itself can heal whatever is necessary by removing the CAUSE of any disturbance. It detects almost anything, often before diseases or pains manifest.
